Never Lost (A Personal Account of My First Sixty Years)

“The personal account of the first 60 years of a RAAF navigator, 1933 to 1993. Terence ‘Terry’ Bibo recalls his childhood, education and career in the RAAF as a navigator and linguist with a series of recollections and anecdotes, that conclude 20 years after his retirement from flying. One of nine children growing up in the last years of the Depression and WW2, Terry describes a career spent in the air and often away from his family. While those absences came at the cost of a divorce, his family and people met over those 60 years are more important than the many places he has seen. By describing the historical context of his experiences Terry allows to reader to imagine the social change they suggest.” (467 pages.)
